By accessing or using the online transcription and note-taking services (“Service”) provided by AINoteTaker.app (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by AppSLabs OÜ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service allows users to upload audio or video files for transcription, note creation, and AI-generated text processing. Transcriptions and related outputs can be accessed, viewed, or downloaded through our platform. The specific features and functionalities of the Service may change over time.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, billing cycles, or subscription features at any time. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By uploading files to the Service, you grant us the right to process, analyze, and transcribe such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You retain all rights to your uploaded content and generated transcription data. We do not claim ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes.
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry charging your payment method. If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features.
Some features are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period.
Deleting your account or discontinuing use of the Service does not automatically cancel your Subscription.
All content and materials provided by the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models (excluding user-uploaded content), are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
AINoteTaker.app and associated logos are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including paid subscriptions, if you violate these Terms or fail to make required payments. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
