Subscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription & Refund Policy governs paid subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds for the AINoteTaker.app service (“Service”), operated by AppSLabs OÜ. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Policy.

1. Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and are billed in advance.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize AINoteTaker.app to charge the applicable subscription fees, including any applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

2. Automatic Renewal

All Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period.

The renewal fee will be charged automatically using the payment method on file unless the Subscription is canceled prior to renewal.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or through the platform where the Subscription was purchased.

To cancel your Subscription:

  1. Log in to the account associated with the paid Subscription.
  2. Navigate to Plan Management in your account settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Complete the cancellation survey and confirm cancellation until you see a confirmation message stating that your Subscription has been successfully canceled.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.

Deleting your account or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel your Subscription.

4. Payments, Taxes, and Failed Charges

Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

If a payment attempt fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may retry the charge using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is completed.

5. Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for initial Subscription purchases.

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of the initial purchase.

To process a refund request, you may be asked to provide reasonable proof of the issue, such as:

  • Screenshots showing errors or inability to use the Service
  • Screen recordings demonstrating the issue
  • A description explaining why the Service could not be used or did not provide value

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

6. Refund Eligibility Conditions

Refunds may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within the 30-day refund period;
  • The request relates to the initial Subscription purchase;
  • The Service has not been excessively used, misused, or abused.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day refund period;
  • Renewal charges, unless required by applicable law;
  • Failure to cancel a Subscription before renewal;
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference;
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms, unless otherwise required by law or the platform’s refund policy.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

This right does not apply if you expressly consented to immediate access to the Service and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has begun.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU laws.

9. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of this Policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, excessive usage prior to requesting a refund, or fraudulent or manipulative behavior.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
